Our Training Programmes
Below are the programmes that we use for trainings.
In-House Training Programmes
This is where an organisation requests IoD Lesotho to provide training at the time and place of its preference. Normally the scope of the training is requested by the clients, however IoD Lesotho provides guidance on how to get value for money for the clients. The clients cater for logistical needs of both the participants and the facilitator(s).
Board Competency Training
The programme is designed for directors, executives and governance professionals. It provides the participants with basic tools required in a Boardroom environment and overall performance of the duties of governance stewards. The programme is offered to participants from different backgrounds and hosted by IoD Lesotho. Thereby offers an invaluable experience to participants as they are able to share their experiences and learned from others during the training.
