Mohlomi Code

The Mohlomi Corporate Governance Code is a comprehensive framework designed to apply to all corporate participants in Lesotho, including state-owned entities, businesses of all sizes, non-profit organizations, and other registered entities. This code aims to set the standard for good governance by incorporating the values and doctrines that have shaped the Basotho nation since the time of King Moshoeshoe I. By doing so, we aim to enhance compliance with Lesotho's legal framework, including the fiduciary duties outlined in the Companies Act of 2011.
